13th - 15th June AERO EXPO 2008 at Wycombe Air Park

This was a great weekend starting on the Friday and finishing on Sunday. We assisted the crew already based at Wycombe Air Park, what a great bunch of lads.

They made us very welcome and showed off their appliances.

The event was very busy for visitors but quiet for us. We did have a couple of incidents, a smoldering bin fire and a young lady at one of the stands that had dropped a bottle of aircraft polish. This was quickly washed away but we used the opportunity to get a free sample. As a result Eddie & Peter decided to give the MK10E a good going over.

Sunday was quite hot so ice creams all round. The MK10 was looking a bit dull in the left hand picture and as you can see a great improvement after Eddie & Peter gave it a polish. It took them over three hours so Eddie deserved his rest.

We were so impressed with the polish we bought some more and would highly recommend it, we only used half a 250ml bottle to do the whole engine.
